1. Agreement to Terms

By registering with EziCargo RICH Sdn Bhd ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our services.

2. Registration and Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to register for our services. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

3. Registration Fee

A one-time registration fee of RM 150.00 is required to activate your account. This fee is non-refundable once payment is processed and your account is activated. The registration fee grants you access to our logistics network and services.

4. Services

EziCargo provides logistics and shipping services from China to Malaysia. Our services include but are not limited to:

• Package consolidation and forwarding
• Shipping and delivery services
• Customs clearance assistance
• Tracking and monitoring services
• Customer support

5. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate shipping information
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not ship prohibited or restricted items
• Pay all applicable fees and charges
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account information

6. Prohibited Items

You may not ship items that are illegal, dangerous, or prohibited by Malaysian or Chinese customs regulations. This includes but is not limited to weapons, explosives, drugs, counterfeit goods, and hazardous materials.

7. Limitation of Liability

EziCargo's liability is limited to the declared value of your shipment or RM 100, whichever is lower. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages arising from our services.

8. Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. We collect and use your information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use our services will cease immediately.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
